1 1/4 c AP flour
1/2 c ghee
1 pinch salt
Ice water until it formed a ball
2 cups dehydrated spinach, soaked for 1 minute, then drained
2 large handfuls dehydrated mushrooms, rehydrated for a couple hours and drained
4 reconstituted whole egg crystal equivalents
4 reconstituted egg white equivalents
1/4 c rehydrated milk powder
Two handfuls freeze dried mozzarella cheese, with a little water added
Mixed it all together, added a touch extra water, poured into the shell, baked @375 for 25 minutes.
